A badge you can re-derive from the signed grade.

In plain words

The badge on a capsule is drawn from its real, signed grade — so you can redraw it yourself and compare, instead of trusting a picture.

Every badge is a pure function of a signed grade: shape = rank tier (shard → crown → most → almost → the One), hue = category, pips = criteria passed, texture = the capsule's id. So a screenshot proves nothing — the round-trip proves everything. Each badge below is re-derived and its signature checked on your device. Hit Forge to inflate a rank: the badge re-derives from the real signed grade and the lie is refused.

The badges below are illustrative grades that demonstrate the mechanism — not a roster of certified capsules. What’s real is the round-trip: each is issued, signed, and re-verified on your device, and Forge proves a claimed rank can’t be inflated.

Shape = rank tier (percentile over the certified population + absolute gates)

"The One" is the current frontier; the bar rises as the population improves — a badge earned today can be re-projected tomorrow. Colour is the category's deterministic hue; the small marks around the rim are the texture seeded by the capsule id.
